Shortly after I joined, I was asked to be the Sergeant at Arms for the club, which I accepted. By taking on a leadership role, my level of confidence improved<br \/>\ngreatly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What advice do you have for new members?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are here to learn, so take on roles that make you feel uncomfortable. Don\u2019t forget to support the members who take on new challenges. The feeling of accomplishment motivates both you and the members you<br \/>\nsupport.
