What are your plans for the district/area/division?
To assist in bringing our members detailed reporting about district and club plans and activities that will enhance their opportunities to grow and meet their own personal and professional goals.
Why did you join Toastmasters? I was a corporate trainer for many years, but my communications experience was controlled by the administrator’s guide. I wanted the ability to express and sell my own ideas. Toastmasters was the perfect vehicle for that.
What advice do you have for new members? Don’t stop moving forward. Yes, enjoy the satisfaction after giving your icebreaker, earning your CC, or winning the club contest, but don’t settle for that. Move forward to the next goal (and the next); then apply that principle to your entire life.
