“I joined the Germinators about half a year ago to improve my speaking skills and vocabulary in my foreign tongue, English. Germinators is a corporate chapter through Reckitt Benckiser. Our regular meetings occur every two weeks over lunch time, but we have recently expanded our local and global reach in several ways. For the last year, we have held very successful digital meetings with over 10 RB sites globally, connecting different cultures with a shared interest in improving their communication and leadership skills. In fact, this digital meeting series led to a new sister corporate club which was just chartered in Gurgaon, India! Last month, we launched a ‘Techmasters’ series on site which aims at teaching employees about corporate technologies such as videoconferencing and the use of cloud-based data storage.
